PCRetro guarantees all computers,laptops, printers and monitors for one year. For the first 90 days after purchase, we will repair the item free of charge, you would only be responsible for shipping costs if applicable. For the remainder of the warranty period, we would supply parts, you would be responsible for labor at a cost of $75. If repair cannot be made an equivalent replacement will be given. Warranty does not cover water damage, physical damage, viruses or if you have reconfigured the operating system.
All merchandise may be exchanged or returned within 7 days, the day of purchase is day 1. Please note: a 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns. No returns or exchanges will be allowed after 7 days. Refunds will be sent to customer via US mail for all returns originally paid for by cash or check.
All returns originally paid for by charge will be credited back to the card. No refunds are given on service charges, special orders, consumables ie ink, toner, and all purchases that included negotiated pricing from original ticket price. There are no refunds made for handling or freight charges.
We reserve the right to have all merchandise being returned, checked by our own technicians, within 7 days, before a refund will be issued. If customer re-configures the operating system the customer VOIDS the right to a refund. Re-configuring the system and all other software issues are not covered by warranty.
Warranty is voided if the machine is found have a virus, water damage or physical damage. We do not warranty batteries or chargers. There will be no extended warranties due to the holidays. Policies are subject to change without notice.
We will always accept equipment or components free of charge if misrepresented to the customer, damage in shipping, or non-functionality.
ALL EQUIPMENT IS TESTED FOR FULL FUNCTIONS, R2/READY FOR REUSE.
