PCRetro guarantees all computers printers monitors and related equipment free of Hardware defect for a period agreed at time of sale. Hardware defects will be repaired. If Repair cannot be made an equivalent replacement will be given. Some hardware may show signs of use such as marks or blemishes but will in no way affect the functionality of the unit.
All Merchandise may be exchanged or returned within 7 days, the day of purchase is day 1. Please Note: a 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns. No returns or exchanges will be allowed after 7 days. Refunds will be sent to customer via US mail for all returns originally paid for by cash or check.
All returns originally paid for by charge will be credited back to that same card. NO Refunds are given on Service charges, special orders, consumables ie ink, toner, ALL “AS IS” sales and all purchases that include Negotiated pricing from original ticket price. There are no refunds made for handling or freight charges.
We reserve the right to have all merchandise being returned, checked by our own technicians, within 7days, before refund will be issued. If customer re-configures the operating system the customer VOIDS the right to a refund. Re-configuring the system, Internet service provider software, and all other software issues are Not covered by warranty. We do not guaranty Laptop batteries. There will be No extended warranties due to the holidays. Policies are subject to change without notice.
We will always accept back equipment or components free of charge if misrepresented to the customer, damage in shipping, or non-functionality.
